Harlowe is a former Maliwan combat scientist who possesses an insatiable curiosity to understand how everything works. Although this initially made her an outcast among her relatives on Triton, Harlowe leveraged her intellect to bring new technologies and equipment to the battlefield as a Vault Hunter.
Harlowe's brilliance is evident in everything she does, but so is her passion and love for life. She brings everything she has to every fight, including her sunny disposition. She's always ready to take down her opponents, and her spirit is unmatched.

Her scientific background gives her a unique approach to combat, utilizing precise calculations and experimental technology to gain the upper hand. Unlike typical soldiers who rely on brute force, Harlowe approaches each encounter as a puzzle to be solved.
Her expertise in cryogenics and radiation manipulation makes her a formidable opponent, capable of controlling the battlefield while supporting her allies with technological enhancements.
Whenever Harlowe uses her Action Skill on enemies, those enemies become Entangled.
Entanglement: Entangled enemies share a portion of gun damage and skill damage with all other Entangled enemies.
Harlowe's CHROMA Accelerator fires an unstable energy capsule that penetrates enemies, dealing Cryo damage. Pressing the Action Skill button again causes the capsule to explode, dealing massive Radiation damage in a large area.
Creates stasis bubbles that suspend priority targets, isolating them from combat. Enemies trapped in these bubbles are vulnerable to increased damage from all sources.
An area-of-effect device that provides buffs to allies while freezing enemies. The generator creates a field that gradually slows enemies while enhancing the combat capabilities of allies within its radius.
Harlowe utilizes her array of ingenious devices to control enemies with Cryo and Radiation damage while enhancing ally survivability. Each Action Skill can be augmented with Enhancements and powered up with Keystone abilities from her skill trees.
Each Vault Hunter has three different Action Skills but can only equip one at a time. Enhancements provide additional bonuses to your Action Skill, while Keystones are powerful enhancements that modify or override specific Action Skill functionality.
Each Vault Hunter has three skill trees, each stemming from an Action Skill. You need to invest five skill points gained from leveling up into a specific skill tree row to unlock the next row. When you've invested a total of 15 skill points into a skill tree, you gain access to the tree's three branches; at the bottom of these branches lies a powerful Keystone.
