How to Unlock Wayward Gun in Borderlands 4
To unlock the Wayward Gun side mission, you must first complete the main story mission "A Lot to Process" in Borderlands 4.
Borderlands 4 Emile Location
Once unlocked, you can start the side mission by talking to Emile in Dusk's Advent, north of Cuspid Climb.

Kill Guns

Borderlands 4 Bash LocationAfter dealing with Tediores, talk to Bash. She's in her house just across the bridge.

Borderlands 4 Ammo Storage LocationHead southwest to the ammo storage. Be ready, as there will be more Tediores in the area.

Borderlands 4 Shed GeneratorDisable the barrier by destroying the generators. The first generator is on top of the ammo storage. For the second generator, follow the powered line from the storage and climb up the shed to reach the generator inside.

| 5 | Once the barrier is down, take the Catch-tainers from the storage. |

Borderlands 4 Capture TedioresFollow the marked location to the side of the road and place the Catch-tainers. Take a Catch-tainer and throw it at the Tediore offsprings nearby. You need to trap five Tediores. |

Borderlands 4 Bomb SquadThe Bomb Squad will then appear to attack you. Kill them to proceed. * While optional, you can capture six extra Tediores on the other side of the road. Doing so will earn you a better mission reward. |
