How to Unlock The Mole's Gambit in Borderlands 4
To start The Mole's Gambit side mission, you must first complete the prerequisite mission:
Complete Side Mission: A Traitor Within
This previous mission introduces you to the characters and sets up the storyline for The Mole's Gambit.
After completing A Traitor Within, head to Carcadia and look for Levaine near the Electi tree to begin The Mole's Gambit.

Follow this step-by-step guide to successfully complete The Mole's Gambit mission and sabotage Willem's operations.
Destroy Willem's Devices in Borderlands 4
Your first objective is to locate and destroy five of Willem's surveillance devices scattered around the area. All devices are marked on your map.
Device #1: Atop Stairs
The first device can be found atop a set of stairs in the central area.
Device #2: By a Stall
From the upper level, jump over the rail to find the second device by a stall.
Device #3: Shaded Corner
The third device is hidden behind some supplies in a shaded corner.
Device #4 & #5: Platform Area
The fourth device is on top of a platform, while the fifth is nearby at the top of some stairs.
Pro Tip:
All devices can be destroyed with a single melee hit. Use a character with melee bonuses for quicker completion.
Finding EMP Parts in The Marrow Narrows
After destroying Willem's devices, head to The Marrow Narrows to locate three EMP parts needed for your mission.
Clear the Area First
Eliminate all Ripper enemies in the area before searching for parts to avoid interruptions.
EMP Part 1: Trash Pile
Follow the path deeper into the ripper camp to find the first part by a pile of trash.
EMP Part 2: Wall Mount
Climb the roofs above the first EMP part to find the second one stuck to a wall.
EMP Part 3: High Platform
The third part is on a high platform reachable by jumping on containers.
Breaching the Order Depot in Borderlands 4
With all EMP parts collected, it's time to breach the Order depot and confront Willem.
Step 1: Find the Order Convoy
Head to the Grindstone of the Worthy to locate the Order convoy. Eliminate all Order guards in the area.
Step 2: Hack the Convoy Signal
Approach the main truck and hack the convoy signal to gain access to the depot location.
Step 3: Breach the Depot
Travel east of the Grindstone of the Worthy to find the Order depot and breach its defenses.
Step 4: Assemble the EMP
Climb to the upper floor of the depot and assemble the EMP at the center of the room.
Step 5: Defend During Charging
Hold off Order forces for 1 minute and 31 seconds while the EMP charges. Find strategic cover points.
Step 6: Confront and Defeat Willem
Proceed to the marked location and drop down into the boss arena. Use corrosive weapons against Willem's armor.
Step 7: Return to Levaine
After defeating Willem, return to Levaine at Carcadia to complete the mission and claim your rewards.
