How to Reach Mister Miles in Borderlands 4
Your first objective is to locate the missing "cat" named Mister Miles. Follow your waypoint marker which will guide you upward through the building above the quest giver.
Pro Tip:
Watch out for skag nests in the lower levels of the building. They're not directly related to the quest but can ambush you if you're not careful.
The path involves some platforming elements. Look for climbable surfaces and jump pads to reach the upper floors. When you finally reach the rooftop, you'll discover that Mister Miles isn't a cat at all, but a man in an elaborate cat costume!
Mister Miles explains that Catie Katson has been holding him against his will, forcing him to act like a cat, and even confining him to small spaces. He pleads with you to help convince Catie to release him from this bizarre arrangement.

Head back down to Catie Katson to deliver the news that her "cat" doesn't want to return. You can either drop down carefully from ledge to ledge or take the longer but safer route through the building's interior.

When you tell Catie that Mister Miles wants his freedom, she becomes enraged. She reveals her true psychotic nature and summons her other "cats" - which turn out to be genetically engineered creatures or perhaps other costumed victims.

She uses a powerful shotgun and has a tendency to rush players. Keep your distance and aim for headshots.
The Cats
These are actually wrangler variants. Two of them are semi-invisible and hard to see. Use area-of-effect attacks to reveal them.
The combat arena is the open area where you first met Catie. Use the various covers and elevated positions to your advantage. The semi-invisible cats are particularly dangerous as they can flank you while you're focused on Catie.

Completing The Cat's Pajamas Mission in BL4
After defeating Catie and her feline companions, you'll receive a call from Mister Miles. He thanks you for freeing him from his captivity but admits he now feels lost without purpose. In a bizarre twist, he offers to become your personal cosplay cat companion.
Your Vault Hunter (understandably) declines this unusual proposal, and the mission concludes. You'll receive your reward of XP, money, and potentially a rare weapon depending on your performance.
