ECHO Log Locations in Ruined Sumplands
Carcadia's Birth ECHO Log
The Carcadia's Birth ECHO Log is near the southeast corner of the Ruined Sumplands, inside the Carcadia Faction Town. Once you enter the main building all the way to the east, turn right facing south. This leads to two white couches with a small table between them. You'll find the ECHO Log here.
Track and Field ECHO Log
The Track and Field ECHO Log is near the southeast corner of the Ruined Sumplands, inside the Carcadia Faction Town. Head inside the main building, all the way to the east. After going inside, continue east to the back until you hit the end. Then, turn left, facing north, to go through a door leading outside.
Wrap around the back of the building and head south until you reach a table with the ECHO Log on top of it.
Dead Bolt Locations in Ruined Sumplands
Such Cheek! Dead Bolt
The Such Cheek! Dead Bolt is near the southeast corner of the Ruined Sumplands region. It's north-northeast of the Carcadia Faction Town and east-southeast of the point of interest, The Marrow Narrows. Which puts it close to the boundary and dead center in the middle of this empty area.
The Dead Bolt itself is near a couple of large parts of rusted wreckage, perhaps from a ship. The northwest chunk has a person's body leaning against the wall with their Dead Bolt next to them.
Vault Hunter's Guide to Kairos Locations in Ruined Sumplands
A Vault Hunter's Guide to Kairos: Carcadia Burn
This collectible is west of the center of the Ruined Sumplands region. Which puts it a short distance northeast of the Society for Amateur Seismology Enthusiasts' point of interest.
You'll need to approach it from the northwest side since the guide is up on a cliff. Also, beware of the Order and Ripper enemies fighting here. However, you can also just use your Digirunner to try and speed past them to the destroyed building in the back.
You don't need to climb the stairs since the guide is actually on the ground floor. Just wrap around to the back side, where you'll find it hanging on the wall. It's beneath a tarp, next to a mattress, and a table.
