To start the "Gone Are My Leggies" side mission, you'll need to travel to the Dissected Plateau region south of Wyclef's Reprieve Safehouse. Look for a character named Topper at Boglight Vigilance, who's situated at the steps of a distinctive lighthouse.
Topper can be found near some boxes at the base of the lighthouse in Dissected Plateau
This mission becomes available after completing the main story mission "Wyclef's Last Stand" and reaching level 18. Topper will be visibly distressed about his missing legs, which kicks off this entertaining quest.
Borderlands 4 Gone Are My Leggies Mission Walkthrough
1. Talk to Topper at Boglight Vigilance
Begin by interacting with Topper, who explains that a creature called a Beastie has stolen his mechanical legs. He'll provide details about the Beastie's behavior and possible location.
2. Climb the Lighthouse
Scale the lighthouse to find clues about the Beastie's whereabouts. You'll need to platform your way up while dealing with minor enemies along the structure.
3. Pursue the Beastie to Idolator's Noose
After finding evidence at the lighthouse top, follow the Beastie's trail to Idolator's Noose. This area is filled with kratches (smaller creatures) that will attack on sight.
4. Defeat the Beastie and Retrieve the Legs
Engage the Beastie in its lair. This enemy is fast and will call for reinforcements. Use corrosive weapons for maximum effectiveness. After defeating it, collect Topper's legs.
5. Escort the Legs Back to Topper
The legs will autonomously follow you but need protection from enemies along the route. They'll provide combat support, occasionally kicking nearby enemies.
6. Return to Topper and Complete the Mission
Back at Boglight Vigilance, wait for Topper to descend and reattach his legs. The mission completes after a short humorous dialogue sequence.
